HOW TO CARE FOR DARK CLOTHES

1.     Always check the washing instructions on the wash/care label!

2.     Always wash dark colors in cold water, it will prevent fading.

3.     Always use mild detergent, preferably BAR SOAP or LIQUID DETERGENT. Avoid POWDER detergents as undissolved particles will cling to the garment and leave the finish DULL.

4.     Always dry dark clothing INSIDE-OUT. It’s also preferable to wash them inside-out.

5.     Only wash dark clothing WHEN NECESSARY as frequent washing causes fading.

6.     Do not IRON dark clothing directly; use a piece of clothing instead. Alternatively, Iron dark clothing INSIDE-OUT.

7.     OCCASIONALLY soak your BLACK clothing in a cold SOLUTION of TEA or COFFEE as this helps to retain the black dye in the clothing.

8.     If ALL ELSE fails, simply give the clothing to your mum to wash for you, she knows best!
